I work with people who struggle with anxieties, depression, personality disorders, internalized shame, and life transitioning issues. I also focus on men's issues and sexual problems. My clients include young adults, men, women, immigrants, university students , LGBTQ+ and questioning folks. I currently don't work with children.
Together we will build a relationship that will enable you to access your true self and gently bring it into alive expression. My clinical approach draws on psychoanalysis and psychodynamic therapies. I integrate object relations, gestalt theories, and mindfulness elements to craft an approach that is right for you. In addition to my psychotherapy work, my research interest has focused on psychotherapy methods aimed to provide care for clients with schizoid personality disorder.
I provide a range of psychotherapeutic services tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. Whether you are seeking to address past traumas, navigate life transitions, or improve your overall well-being, I am here to support you on your journey. I offer an environment that is non-judgmental and I work with people of every cultural, religious, racial, ethnic, national, sexual identity and orientation.
